Seda Kanburoğlu was born in Istanbul in 1992. After graduating from Ege University Radio, Television and Cinema department, he worked as a reporter in the local press. He completed his master's degree at Izmir Kâtip Çelebi University, Department of Media and Communication Studies in 2022. While he was continuing his master's degree, he worked as a Social Media Specialist at İKÇÜ Media Center affiliated with İzmir Kâtip Çelebi University. He is actively involved in producing and directing documentaries and short films. The short film project “A Very Neat Girl” received the Film Lab Best Project from Izmir award at the 24th International Izmir Short Film Festival. He took part as director, cinematographer, producer and co-distributor in the film projects “The Rhythm of Balance (2023)”, “An Anatolian Traveler with His Films: Sabahattin Eyüboğlu (2023)”, “Cameraman Ali Amca”, “Keşik”.
